1. Millennium International Kft. is committed to protect the personal data of the Users and to respect their privacy. Millennium International Kft. handles the recorded personal data in compliance with the prevailing data protection laws - in particular with Act No CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information -, International Conventions on data protection and EU laws as well as with advertising regulations, laws governing electronic commerce and other relevant legislation.
2. Millennium International Kft. only manages those personal data to the use and management of which the User have given his or her consent and only for the purposes and the period of time sets out in this Policy.


Purpose, legal basis and duration of data management

1. The purpose of data management is the provision of service(s) requested by the User. These include: sending newsletters, creating a personalised offers, concluding contracts through our web shop, comprehensive sales activities.
2. The legal basis of data management is that recording and management of personal data by Millennium International Kft. is authorised by the voluntary consent of the service User. The User provides consent by using the Service or placing an order. The User is exclusively liable for the authenticity and accuracy of the personal data.
3. The data is processed in accordance with the prevailing privacy protection laws and in compliance with the relevant legislation. Millennium International Kft. shall not transfer the managed data for any purpose; it shall only be used for conducting research and creating statistics internally.
4. Data management may be terminated upon a request for deletion made by the User. The User may request a change or correction to his or her data at any time by contacting us in the indicated means.
5. In all other cases, Millennium International Kft. shall be allowed to manage the personal data of the User for advertising with direct marketing content and sending out marketing materials until the User’s consent is withdrawn.


Judicial Remedies

1. The User is entitled to request information at any time on personal data managed in the context of the specific service, and related to the User.
2.
